Justitia Nova: Indonesian Journal of Modern Law is committed to promoting the widest possible dissemination of scholarly research while protecting the intellectual property rights of authors. The journal adopts a transparent copyright and licensing policy that supports open-access publishing and complies with internationally recognized publishing standards.

Copyright

Authors who publish in Justitia Nova retain the copyright of their work without restrictions.

By submitting and publishing their manuscripts, authors grant Justitia Nova the non-exclusive right to:

• Publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the accepted article in print and electronic formats.

• Identify itself as the original publisher of the work.

• Preserve and disseminate the published version through indexing services, digital repositories, and archiving systems.

Authors remain free to:

• Reuse all or part of their published work in future books, theses, lectures, or other scholarly publications.

• Deposit the published version of the article in institutional repositories, personal websites, or other non-commercial and commercial repositories.

• Share and distribute the published article without requesting additional permission, provided that proper citation to the original publication in Justitia Nova is included.

All articles published in Justitia Nova are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

This license permits anyone to:

Author Rights
