Open Access Policy

Justitia Nova: Indonesian Journal of Modern Law is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to the unrestricted dissemination of legal knowledge. The journal believes that free and immediate access to high-quality research promotes the advancement of legal scholarship, encourages academic collaboration, and supports evidence-based policymaking at national, regional, and international levels.

All articles published in Justitia Nova are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges, registration requirements, or access barriers. The journal does not impose any embargo period, and all accepted articles become openly accessible as soon as they are published.

Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link to the full texts, and use the published articles for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal, in accordance with the applicable license.

The journal operates in accordance with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and supports the global exchange of scholarly knowledge through unrestricted access to research outputs.
