Publication Frequency

Justitia Nova: Indonesian Journal of Modern Law is published biannually, with two issues released each calendar year.

Regular Publication

The Editorial Office is committed to maintaining a consistent publication schedule. All accepted manuscripts proceed through editorial screening, double-blind peer review, copyediting, typesetting, proofreading, and final production before publication.

Publication dates may be adjusted only under exceptional circumstances to preserve the quality and integrity of the editorial process.

Special Issues

The journal may publish special issues or thematic issues when approved by the Editorial Board.

Special issues are subject to the same editorial standards, publication ethics, and double-blind peer review process as regular issues.
