Any manuscript solicitation conducted by the journal shall:

  • Never guarantee acceptance, publication, or favorable editorial decisions.

The journal does not engage in aggressive solicitation practices or mass unsolicited email campaigns.

Transparency of Journal Information

All information communicated through direct marketing activities shall accurately represent:

Prohibited Marketing Practices

Justitia Nova does not engage in:

  • False claims of indexing or accreditation.

  • Promises of guaranteed publication.

  • Payment-based influence over editorial decisions.

  • Practices that may compromise academic integrity.

Independence from Commercial Influence

Direct marketing activities are conducted separately from editorial decision-making.

Marketing, promotion, or communication activities shall never influence:

  • Peer review outcomes.

Continuous Improvement
