Aims
Justitia Nova: Indonesian Journal of Modern Law is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal committed to advancing high-quality legal scholarship through the publication of original, rigorous, and impactful research. The journal provides an academic platform for scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and researchers to examine contemporary legal issues, emerging regulatory challenges, and institutional developments from national, regional, and global perspectives.
