Al-Tijarah: Journal of Islamic Economics, Finance and Business welcomes qualified scholars, researchers, and professionals to join our international community of peer reviewers. Reviewers play an essential role in maintaining the scientific quality, integrity, and credibility of the journal through a rigorous and constructive peer-review process.
The journal operates a double-blind peer review system and is committed to fair, objective, and timely manuscript evaluation in accordance with international publishing standards and the ethical principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Reviewer Qualifications
Prospective reviewers are expected to meet the following qualifications:

Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D./Dr.) or possess equivalent research expertise in a relevant field.

Have a strong academic background in one or more areas within the journal's scope, including Islamic economics, Islamic finance, Islamic business, accounting, halal industry, Islamic social finance, public policy, and sustainable development.

Have published scholarly articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
-
Be committed to providing objective, constructive, and timely reviews.

Have no conflicts of interest regarding the manuscripts assigned for review.
Researchers with recognized expertise and substantial publication records may also be considered even if they do not yet hold a doctoral degree.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers are expected to:

evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially;
-
provide constructive comments to improve manuscript quality;
-
identify ethical concerns, including plagiarism, duplicate publication, or research misconduct;
-
recommend an editorial decision based on scientific merit;
-
complete reviews within the agreed timeframe.
