Archiving Policy

 

Al-Tijarah: Journal of Islamic Economics, Finance and Business is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content. To support sustainable scholarly communication, the journal implements a digital preservation policy that guarantees permanent access to published articles.

The journal utilizes Zenodo as its trusted digital repository for long-term preservation. Zenodo is an open-access research repository developed and maintained by CERN under the OpenAIRE program, providing secure storage, persistent identifiers (DOIs), and global accessibility for research outputs.

All published articles in Al-Tijarah are archived in Zenodo to ensure their availability, discoverability, and preservation for future generations of researchers.


Digital Preservation Strategy

Al-Tijarah applies the following preservation strategy:

  • Journal Platform: Open Journal Systems (OJS)

  • Long-term Digital Repository: Zenodo (CERN – OpenAIRE)

  • Persistent Identifier: Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assigned through Zenodo

  • Archived Version: Version of Record (VoR)

  • Access: Permanent Open Access

  • Availability: Worldwide without subscription or registration


Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are encouraged to maximize the dissemination of their research while acknowledging the original publication in Al-Tijarah.

Authors may archive the following versions of their manuscripts:

  • Preprint (Submitted Version)

  • Accepted Manuscript (Author Accepted Manuscript)

  • Published Version (Version of Record)

Self-archiving is permitted in:

  • Institutional repositories

  • Subject repositories

  • Personal websites

  • University websites

  • ResearchGate

  • Academia.edu

  • ORCID record

  • Google Scholar profile

  • Other non-commercial scholarly repositories

Authors must include a complete citation to the published article and its official Zenodo DOI.
