Justitia Nova: Indonesian Journal of Modern Law is committed to supporting open and equitable scholarly communication. To ensure broad participation in legal scholarship, the journal does not charge any fees to authors or readers.

Authors are not required to pay any fee when submitting manuscripts to the journal. All submissions are evaluated solely on the basis of academic quality, originality, relevance, and contribution to legal scholarship.
