Azhaaruna: Jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Tarbiyah, Institut Miftahul Huda Al-Azhar Kota Banjar, Indonesia. Since its inaugural issue in August 2021 (Vol. 1 No. 1), Azhaaruna has established itself as a respected platform dedicated to advancing scholarly research and discourse in Islamic education.
The journal bridges theory and practice by integrating multidisciplinary perspectives from education, theology, sociology, and technology within the context of Islamic education. It invites contributions from academics, educators, researchers, and practitioners worldwide who explore contemporary challenges and opportunities in the field.
Azhaaruna is published biannually, in August and January, following a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to maintain high academic standards. Articles undergo thorough evaluation to ensure originality, quality, and meaningful contributions to the field.
